Meet Coach Vee:

Hi, I’m Vee. I’m a survivor of narcissistic abuse, who had to learn the hard way how to finally make sense of this horrid experience and get back on my feet and grow into the best person I could become..

More importantly still, I had to learn to recognize the red flags in others and change (and heal) parts of myself in order to not be the coveted co-dependent magnet narcissists are naturally drawn to.

In 2019, I had been narcfree for over 2 years and I had just finished writing my book Another Minced Meat Year (Dorrance). And then tragedy struck one more time: the many years of hypervigilance and extreme stress levels had taken a toll on my body, which resulted in two massive heart attacks within a 10 day span. I came out on the other end with a mission: I had to help other men and women to go through this difficult journey, to prevent them from losing their home, like I did, from losing their health (and almost their life), like I did, from going from one toxic relationship to another, like I did. I spent years figuring out the dynamics, went to hell and back, but if I can help it, no-one should ever go through that alone again, because I built a bridge over that horrible valley.

Back then, I would have been so grateful to find someone to validate my experience, guide me over that bridge, hold me accountable for my choices and progress and bring me the information, so I wouldn’t have to research for hours, days, months and even years what seemed to happen to again and again.

Yes, I would have had to invest, not only time and effort, but also money, but had I done that, I wouldn’t have lost my beautiful farm and my beloved horses. So let me ask you: what is the cost of not deciding to take this hurdle?

Being coached is hard work, I’m not going to lie. But if you want to break the pattern, if you finally want to make that shift for yourself (and maybe your children?), if you need to course-correct to become the best person you can be, you have come to the right place. Come right in, get comfortable, how can I serve?
